ABOUT ME.

I am a founder, operator and consultant, focused on how businesses work beneath the surface. I have built businesses, managed teams, worked across multiple locations and experienced many of the operational challenges founders encounter as organisations grow. My experience building and operating businesses has shown me that many recurring business problems are rarely isolated, they often point to deeper structural gaps.

I look at how work moves, where decisions stall, where responsibility becomes unclear and where the business has become more difficult to run than it needs to be. My work sits across business operations, organisational effectiveness, process design and productivity, with a simple objective: create clearer structures that help people and businesses work better. 

I am currently on a research to review as many business cases as possible using the knowledge from my MBA studies with deeper study in strategy, management and organisational systems. I am focused on diagnosing real business problems involving operations, structure, growth and organisational effectiveness. The purpose is to understand why it happened, what the underlying structure reveals, and what business leaders can learn from it.
