My perspective comes from years spent building and operating businesses, managing teams and working through the structural problems that emerge as organisations grow. That experience taught me that many recurring business problems are rarely isolated; they are often symptoms of a deeper operational gap.

I now apply that lens across business operations, organisational effectiveness and process design, supported by ongoing MBA study in management and strategy.
